摘 要:机车调度系统是铁路调度信息系统的重要组成部分。当前铁路机车调度系统大多都没有实现与CTC、机务运用管理系统等的数据实时交互,同时难以保证机车统计数据的准确性与及时性,缺乏对标准化、精细化水平要求下铁路调度指挥生产管理的适应性。研究基于行业内各机车调度系统功能,结合包神铁路集团各线机车经济合理、优质高效的运用及管理特色,探讨铁路机车调度与统计的实际功能需求,并阐述基础数据管理、机车周转图勾画、机车指标统计、机车重联设置、整备/超劳预警、调度命令发布与下达、机车检修计划的同步与处理,以及机车动态分布表与调度命令联动等铁路机车调度的关键功能,为包神铁路集团机车调度系统的开发提供理论支撑和技术保障。Locomotive dispatching is the main link of railway traffic control.At present,most railway locomotive dispatching systems cannot realize real-time data interaction with CTC and locomotive operation management systems.Meanwhile,they can hardly ensure the accuracy and timeliness of locomotive statistics and lack the adaptability to the required standard and fine production management of railway traffic control.Therefore,on the basis of the functions of locomotive dispatching systems in the industry,combined with the economic,reasonable,high-quality,and efficient application and management characteristics of locomotives on all lines of Baoshen Railway Group,this paper discussed the actual functional requirements of railway locomotive dispatching and statistics.Moreover,this research expounded on key functions for railway locomotive dispatching,including the basic data management,locomotive working diagram drawing,locomotive index statistics,double-heading setting,early warning of servicing/overworking,dispatching command releasing,synchronization and processing of locomotive maintenance plans,and linkage of the locomotive dynamics distribution table and dispatching commands.The study can provide theoretical support and technical guarantee for the development of the locomotive dispatching system of Baoshen Railway Group.
