摘 要:为保证船舶在北极航道特殊环境下正常航行,对船舶金属材料进行冰黏附测试就显得极为重要。对黄铜、6061铝合金和Q235这三种船舶常用金属进行实验,测量不同温度和不同湿度下这三种金属的表面冰黏附强度,并分析其与表面温度以及表面湿度之间的关系。结果表明,冰黏附强度变化规律与类液层理论相符;黄铜、6061铝合金和Q235的切向冰黏附强度均随温度降低而先增大后减小且变化趋势基本相同;黄铜和6061铝合金受湿度影响较大。In order to ensure the normal navigation of ships in the special environment of the Arctic channel,it is very important to test the ice adhesion of ship metal materials.Experiments were carried out on three common marine metals,brass,6061 aluminum alloy and Q235.The surface ice adhesion strength of the three metals at different temperatures and humidity was measured,and the relationship between each other was analyzed.The results show that the variation law of ice adhesion strength is consistent with the liquid-like layer theory;the tangential ice adhesion strength of brass,6061 aluminum alloy and Q235 increases firstly,and then decreases with the decrease of temperature,and the changing trend is basically the same;the brass and 6061 aluminum alloy are most affected by humidity.
