摘　　要：马德龙病好发于饮酒男性患者,可累及全身多处,但很少累及阴囊。本文报道1例累及阴囊的马德龙病患者,经手术切除阴囊肿物后取得良好疗效,术后随访14个月未见复发。手术切除是该病最有效的治疗方式。Madelung's disease is more common in male patients who drink alcohol.It can affect many parts of the body,but rarely affects scrotum.A case of Madelung's disease involving the scrotum was reported.The scrotum tumor was removed by operation and good results were obtained.No recurrence was found in the follow-up of 14 months.Surgical resection could be an effective treatment for this disease.
