摘  要:中碳含硫结构钢因其优异的强度和加工性能已被广泛应用于汽车制造业中,然而在连铸生产中碳含硫钢时,铸坯表面极易出现表面裂纹,通过对裂纹的系统解剖发现MnS夹杂物与裂纹的形成有着重要的联系,因此本文主要对中碳含硫结构钢中MnS夹杂物的析出行为进行了详细研究。通过扫描电镜、夹杂物自动扫描、热力学计算等方式对MnS夹杂物的形状、数量、尺寸、分布等信息进行了详细的表征,在此基础上明晰了中碳含硫结构钢中MnS夹杂物的析出行为,研究可为含硫钢中MnS夹杂物的解析提供基础。Medium-carbon sulfur-containing structural steels have been widely used in the automotive industry because of their excellent strength and processing properties.However,in the continuous casting production of medium-carbon sulfur-containing steels,surface cracks are very likely to appear on the surface of the cast billets.It is found that MnS inclusions have an important connection with the formation of cracks through the dissection of cracks.So a comprehensive study about the precipitation behavior of MnS inclusions was conducted in this paper.The shape,number,size,distribution and other information of MnS inclusions were characterized mainly by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),automatic scanning of inclusions,and thermodynamic calculations.Finally,the precipitation behavior of MnS in medium carbon sulfur-containing structural steel was clarified.This paper lays a foundation for the analysis of MnS inclusions in sulfur-containing steel.
