2020年佳木斯市常规免疫接种率监测结果评价分析

摘　　要：目的了解2020年佳木斯市常规免疫接种率监测现状,真实、可靠地评价该市常规免疫接种情况。方法收集2020年佳木斯市出生人口数据和常规免疫报告接种率监测资料,分析常规免疫报告的及时性和完整性,应用差值(D值)评价法、比值(R值)评价法和脱漏率对该市常规免疫报告接种率进行分析评价。结果2020年佳木斯市常规免疫接种报告的及时率和完整率均为100.00%。该市国家免疫规划疫苗报告接种率在99.34%~99.92%之间,估计接种率在72.68%~108.43%之间;以县、市(区)为单位的报告接种率在97.97%~100.00%之间,估计接种率在57.83%~133.53%之间。全市D值评价结果为可信的有麻疹风疹联合减毒活疫苗(Measles and rubella combined attenuated live vaccine,MR)、乙型脑炎(乙脑)减毒活疫苗(Japanese encephalitis attenuated live vaccine,JE-L)第1剂(JE-L_(1))和第2剂(JE-L_(2));可疑的有口服脊髓灰质炎(脊灰)减毒活疫苗(Oral poliomyelitis attenuated live vaccine,OPV)第4剂(OPV_(4))、百白破联合疫苗(Diphtheria,tetanus and pertussis combined vaccine,DPT)第4剂(DPT_(4))、麻腮风疹联合减毒活疫苗(Measles,mumps and rubella combined attenuated live vaccine,MMR)、A群流脑多糖疫苗(Group A meningococcal polysaccharide vaccine,MenA)第1剂(MenA_(1))、A群C群流脑多糖疫苗(Group A and C meningococcal polysaccharide vaccine,MenAC)第1剂(MenAC_(1))、儿童白喉破伤风联合疫苗(Diphtheria and tetanus combined vaccine for children,DT)和甲型肝炎(甲肝)疫苗(Hepatitis A vaccine,HepA);不可信的有乙型肝炎(乙肝)疫苗(Hepatitis B vaccine,HepB)、卡介苗(Bacilli Calmette-Guérin vaccine,BCG)、口服脊髓灰质炎(脊灰)减毒活疫苗第1-3剂(OPV_(1-3))、百白破联合疫苗第1-3剂(DPT_(1-3))、A群流脑多糖疫苗第2剂(MenA_(2))和A群C群流脑多糖疫苗第2剂(MenAC_(2))。全市R值评价为R_(3)、R_(4)、R_(5)可信,R_(1)、R_(6)可疑,R_(2)、R_(7)不可信。全市OPV和DPT的脱漏率分�Objective To understand the monitoring status of routine immunization coverage rate in Jiamus city in 2020,evaluate the situation of routine immunization coverage rate in the city authentically and reliably.Methods The birth population data and the monitoring data of vaccination rate of routine immunization report in Jiamusi city in 2020 were collected to analyze for the timeliness and completeness.The difference value(D value)evaluation method,the ratio(R value)evaluation method and leakage rate were used to analyze and evaluate the routine immunization reports in the city.Results The timeliness and completeness rates of the routine immunization report in Jiamusi city in 2020 were both100.00%.The reported vaccination rate of the city’s national immunization program was between 99.34%and 99.92%,and the estimated vaccination rate was between 72.68%and 108.43%.The reported vaccination rate in counties and cities(districts)was between 97.97%and 100.00%,and the estimated vaccination rate was between 57.83%and 133.53%.The results of city-wide D value evaluation considered as credible were:Measles and rubella combined attenuated live vaccine(MR),the first dose(JE-L_(1))and the second dose(JE-L_(2))of Japanese encephalitis attenuated live vaccine(JE-L);considered as suspicious were:the fourth dose(OPV_(4))of Oral poliomyelitis attenuated live vaccine(OPV),the fourth dose(DPT_(4))of Diphtheria,tetanus and pertussis combined vaccine(DPT),Measles,mumps and rubella combined attenuated live vaccine(MMR),the first dose(MenA_(1))of Group A meningococcal polysaccharide vaccine(MenA),the first does(MenAC_(1))of Group A and C meningococcal polysaccharide vaccine(MenAC),Diphtheria and tetanus combined vaccine for children(DT),and Hepatitis A vaccine(HepA);considered as unreliable were:Hepatitis B vaccine(HepB),Bacilli Calmette-Guérin vaccine(BCG),OPV_(1-3),DPT_(1-3),MenA_(2)and MenAC_(2).According to the evaluation of R values in the city,R_(3),R_(4),and R_(5)were credible;R_(1)and R_(6) were suspicious;R_(2)and R7values were u
