摘 要:为研究蒸汽相变对煤层气注热开采的影响,首先,基于传热、传质和应力守恒原理,建立考虑蒸汽相变影响的煤层气注热开采热-流-固耦合三相二组分模型;其次,采用有限容积法离散和牛顿-拉夫逊迭代对耦合模型进行求解;最后,利用二维五井注采物理模型,分别对注250℃蒸汽、250℃热水和直接抽采3种方案进行数值模拟研究。结果表明:在设定相同注采压力和注采时间下,注蒸汽质量低于注热水质量,但由于蒸汽相变潜热影响,注蒸汽后煤层井底附近温度高于注热水;注蒸汽后煤层气累计抽采量得到明显提高,统计得到抽采100 d时,注蒸汽后煤层气累计抽采量比直接抽采提高17.5%,而注热水后累计抽采量比直接抽采降低9.8%,说明注蒸汽比注热水更有利于煤层气开采。In order to study the influence of steam condensation on coalbed methane thermal injection production,firstly,based on the principles of heat transfer,mass transfer and stress conservation,a heat-fluid-solid coupling three-phase two-component model considering the effect of steam condensation on coalbed methane production was established.Secondly,the discrete equation was solved with finite volume discretization and Newton-Raphson iteration.Finally,numerical simulation of three schemes of 250℃steam injection,250℃hot water injection,and direct extraction were carried out respectively with two-dimensional physical model of 5 wells.The results have shown that the quality of steam injection is lower than that of hot water under same injection-production pressure and time.However,the temperature near the bottom of coal seam after steam injection is higher than that of hot water injection due to the influence of steam condensation latent heat.Therefore,the cumulative drainage volume of coalbed methane significantly increases after steam injection.The cumulative drainage volume increases by 17.5%after steam injection,nevertheless,the cumulative drainage volume reduces by 9.8%after hot water injection when extraction reaches 100 days.
