摘　　要：构造中国2010-2018年地级市面板数据和2012-2014年智慧城市试点政策数据,通过倾向得分匹配搜寻对照组,使用引入滞后项的系统GMM和双重差分模型分析智慧城市对城乡收入差距的作用,以及数字普惠金融和城镇化率的影响机制,并引入地区异质性、城市规模异质性和人力资本异质性。结论如下:(1)智慧城市不会影响当期城乡收入差距,但会降低第二年和第三年的城乡收入差距;(2)数字普惠金融和城镇化率中介了智慧城市与城乡收入差距的滞后负向作用,即智慧城市通过提高未来数字普惠金融和城镇化水平,降低城乡收入差距;(3)地区、城市规模和人力资本均存在异质性,即东部地区、特大城市和人力资本水平高的地区,智慧城市越显著地促进未来数字普惠金融和城镇化,缓解城乡收入差距。Using the panel data of China’s prefecture level cities from 2010 to 2018 and the policy data of smart city pilot from 2012 to 2014,searching the control group through propensity score matching, this paper analyzes the effect of smart city on urban-rural income gap and the mechanism of digital inclusive finance and urbanization via the method of system-GMM and difference in difference model considering the lag terms.We also introduce regional heterogeneity, urban scale heterogeneity and human capital heterogeneity.This paper obtains the following conclusions.First, smart city will not affect current urban-rural income gap, but reduce urban-rural income gap in the second and third years.Second, digital inclusive finance and urbanization mediate the lag and negative effect of smart city on urban-rural income gap, which means that smart city can reduce urban-rural income gap through improving the future digital inclusive finance and urbanization.Third, eastern region and region with higher human capital and urban scale have more significant lag effect of smart city on urban-rural income gap.
