西部地区创新发展、人才集聚关联性与经济高质量发展——基于模糊集定性比较分析的研究

摘　　要：基于中国西部地区11个省级行政区的面板数据,运用灰色关联分析法和模糊集定性比较分析法研究西部地区创新发展、人才集聚关联程度在经济高质量发展中的作用。结果发现:投资、人力资本积累仍然是西部地区最重要的经济增长驱动因素。对西部地区实现经济高增长而言,较高的创新发展与人才集聚关联程度主要作为重要补充性条件存在,无论经济发展初期或后期,区域创新发展和人才集聚良性互动都对西部地区经济高质量发展具有重要促进作用。在产业结构转型升级相对较慢的地区,若创新发展和人才集聚关联程度低,则仍须重视通过改善道路等基础设施促进经济增长。Based on panel data of 11 provincial administrative regions in western China,this paper studies the effect of the correlation degree of innovation development and talent agglomeration on high-quality economic development in western China by Grey Correlation Analysis method and Fuzzy Set Qualitative Comparative Analysis method.Results show that investment and human capital accumulation are still the most important driving factors of economic growth in western China.For the realization of high economic growth in western China,the high degree of association between innovation development and talent agglomeration mainly exists as an important supplementary condition.Whether in the early or late stage of economic development,the benign interaction between regional innovation development and talent agglomeration plays an important role in promoting high-quality economic development in western China.In regions with slow industrial structure transformation and upgrading,if the correlation between innovation development and talent gathering is low,emphasis should be placed on improving roads and other infrastructure to achieve economic growth.
