中国情境下政商关系研究的现状与展望

摘　　要：通过对国内外期刊中政商关系的研究进行文献计量分析,结果发现:现有文献主要从如下两方面对我国政商关系进行了研究,一是以政治关联为核心的相关研究,二是中国情境下的企业行为研究。在分析中国情境下企业面临的情境特征并总结现有文献的基础上,提出了中国情境下政商关系研究的“制度一行动一绩效”理论框架,指出了中国情境下政商关系研究的不足,提出了未来研究方向。Based on the Bibliometric analysis of the research on political and business relations in domestic and foreign jour-nals in this paper,results show that,extant literature mainly studies the government-business relationship in China from the following two aspects.One is related researches surrounding the political connection,and the other is research on corporate behavior in Chinese context.Based on analyzing the context characteristic faced by enterprises in the Chinese context and reviewing the existing literature,it puts forward the theoretical framework of "institution-action-performance" for the government-business relationship,points out the uniqueness of government-business relationship in China and further gives the fu-ture research direction.
