摘　　要：本文报道1例复发转移性甲状旁腺癌患者的病例,回顾了该患者的病史、治疗经过和临床结局,并结合文献汇总,探讨该病发病原因、临床表现、诊断、治疗及预后等,以期引起临床重视,进一步完善对此类患者的诊治经验,提高患者生存率。This paper reports the clinical data of a patient with recurrent metastatic parathyroid carcinoma.The causes,clinical manifestation,diagnose,treatment and prognosis of parathyroid carcinoma were discussed in order to perfect the experience of diagnosis and treatment and improve the survival rate of such patients.
