摘  要:在疫情常态化防控背景下,高职院校思想政治理论课线上教学的频率随之增大,其教学实效性也愈发得到关注。以湖南铁路科技职业技术学院思政课线上教学为例,现阶段存在实效性不高的问题,究其原因主要为:思政课教师数量和质量参差不齐、教师对思政课教育性和教学性的认知模糊及教师信息化教学素养有待提升,教学效能感低;学生对课程的重视程度和认可度不高、学习动机不强,课堂参与度低;此外,教学设备不完善、考核方式等也对线上教学实效性造成了一定的影响。基于上述原因,提出优化策略,对提高思政课线上教学实效性,推动高职院校思想政治教育的整体水平有着重要的意义。Under the background of normalized epidemic prevention and control,the frequency of online teaching of ideological and political theory courses in higher vocational colleges has increased,and its teaching effectiveness has been paid more and more attention.Taking the online teaching of ideological and political course in Hunan Vocational College of Railway Technology as an example,there are some problems of low effectiveness at this stage.The main reasons are as follows,the number and quality of Ideological and political teachers are uneven,teachers"cognition of ideological and political education and teaching is vague,teachers"information-based teaching literacy needs to be improved,and their sense of teaching efficiency is low;students^attention and recognition of the course is not high,their learning motivation is not strong,and their participation in class is low.In addition,imperfect teaching equipment and assessment methods also have certain influence on the effectiveness of online teaching.Based on the above reasons,further optimization strategies are put forward,which is of great significance to improve the effectiveness of online teaching of ideological and political courses and promote the overall level of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.
