摘  要:“好老师”“大先生”是教育工作者成长的标杆与典范,成为“好老师”“大先生”应成为教师的人生目标,纳入个人职业规划。“好老师”是“大先生”的初级阶段,“大先生”是“好老师”的最高阶段。要成为一名“大先生”,首先要成为一名“好老师”。“好老师”在意志坚定、思想独立、爱国爱民、严师仁爱、知行合一等方面身体力行,“大先生”具备“好老师”的一切优点,他们置身于国家民族大义前列,矢志报国,可称得上国之大者。Good Teacher and Great Teacher"are the reference system for teachers to do things,and becoming a good teacher and great teacher should be the ideal goal of countless teachers diligently.Good teacher is the primary stage of Great teacher,while Great teacher is the highest stage of Good teacher,and the two have connections.To become a Great teacher,the first thing is to be a Good teacher.Good teacher works well in firm will,independent thought,love the country and the people,strict teachers and benevolence,and the unity of knowledge and action.Great teacher is not only the model of good teacher,hut also the leader of good teacher.
