摘  要:研究了E690海洋平台用钢中第二相析出过程,讨论了不同温度条件下该钢种第二相中的元素含量,在此基础上分析了钢中Cu含量对Cu析出量的影响,为实验钢成分设计提供理论指导。结果表明,该钢中15种析出物的生成顺序分别为:Ti_(4)C_(2)S_(2),FCC_A1#2,MnS,B_(2)M,M_(3)B_(2),BN_HP_(4),FCC_A1#3,AlN,HCP_A3#2,KSI_CARBIDE,MC_ETA,M_(23)C_(6),M_(7)C_(3),MC_SHP,M_(3)P。适当提高钢中的Cu含量,降低Ni含量,在耐腐蚀性能满足钢材服役要求的条件下,可有效减少生产成本。然而,为抑制Cu过量析出,减小钢材的裂纹敏感性,应将钢中的Cu含量控制在0.2%以下。The precipitation process of the second phase in E690 offshore platform steel was studied,and the element content in each precipitation phase at different temperatures was discussed.On this basis,the effect of Cu content in steel on Cu precipitation was analyzed,which provided theoretical guidance for composition design of experimental steel.The results show that the formation order of 15 precipitates in the steel is Ti_(4)C_(2)S_(2),FCC_A1#2,MnS,B_(2)M,M_(3)B_(2),BN_HP_(4),FCC_A1#3,AlN,HCP_A3#2,KSI_CARBIDE,MC_ETA,M_(23)C_(6),M_(7)C_(3),MC_SHP,M_(3)P.An increase in the Cu content and a decrease in the Ni content in steel,reducing the production cost under the condition that the corrosion resistance meets the service requirements of the steel.However,the Cu content in steel should be controlled below 0.2%to prevent excessive precipitation of Cu at high temperature,which increases the crack sensitivity of the steel.
