摘　　要：对使用年限较长的高温隧道窑在运行中存在的问题进行分析,针对出现的砖垛位置偏离、火焰扫砖、窑温波动、成品率下降和能耗上升等方面问题,通过对窑车衬砖进行大修,对部分操作参数进行调整,从而起到稳定工况,提高隧道窑产品质量和降低能耗的目的。The problems existing in the operation of high temperature tunnel kiln with long service life is analyzed.Aiming at the problems of brick stacking position deviation,flame sweeping brick,kiln temperature fluctuation,finished product rate decline and energy consumption rise,some operating parameters are adjusted by overhauling kiln lining brick,so as to stabilize the working condition.Improve tunnel kiln product quality and reduce energy consumption.
