摘  要:为降低能源资源损耗,设计节能的水泵变频调速运行模式优化集中空调系统,但传统节能设计影响了水泵变频调速运行模式的智能化效果,导致空调系统的电耗值过大,因此研究全新的集中空调系统水泵变频调速运行模式节能设计方法。提高循环系统中冷却液的工作压力,确保发动机相关部件的冷却液循环状态,将发动机的运行温度控制在合理范围内。通过分析冷冻水机组变流量对水泵的影响,优化配置冷水机组,通过变频技术调整水泵变频速率,强化运行模式的节能效果。实验结果表明:方案二下的运行模式更加节能。与传统方法相比,在建筑面积不同的测试区域内,此次提出方法的电耗值最低,满足集中空调系统的节能发展要求。In order to reduce the loss of energy resources, design energy-saving pump frequency control operation mode to optimize the central air-conditioning system, but the traditional energy-saving design affects the intelligent effect of the pump frequency control operation mode, resulting in excessive power consumption of the air-conditioning system.Therefore, a new energy-saving design method of the pump frequency control operation mode of the central air-conditioning system is studied.Improve the working pressure of the coolant in the circulation system, ensure the coolant circulation state of the relevant parts of the engine, and control the operating temperature of the engine in a reasonable range.By analyzing the influence of variable flow rate of chilled water unit on water pump, the water chiller is optimized, and the frequency conversion rate of water pump is adjusted by frequency conversion technology to strengthen the energy saving effect of operation mode.The experimental results show that the operation mode of scheme 2 is more energy-saving.Compared with the traditional method, the proposed method has the lowest power consumption in the test area with different building area, which can meet the energy-saving development requirements of central air conditioning system.
