摘 要:随着国家对工业锅炉NO_(x)排放限制的进一步收紧,在用贯流锅炉由于其炉膛尺寸较小,较多的采用表面燃烧进行低氮改造。但贯流锅炉采用表面燃烧改造后,其水管普遍产生密集性裂纹,严重影响锅炉安全运行。认为水管产生裂纹的主要原因是贯流锅炉原有的热力平衡系统遭到严重破坏,从传热学的角度对产生裂纹的原因进行具体分析,并通过材料失效分析进行验证,最后提出解决办法。With the country’s further tightening of NO_(x)emission restrictions on industrial boilers, the in-use tubular boilers are more often surface-burned for low-nitrogen transformation due to their smaller furnace size.However, after the tubular boiler was modified by surface combustion, the water pipes generally produced dense cracks, which seriously affected the safe operation of the boiler.The author believes that the main reason for the cracks in the water pipe is that the original thermal balance system of the tubular boiler is severely damaged.Therefore, this paper analyzes the causes of cracks from the perspective of heat transfer, verifies them through material failure analysis, and proposes solutions.
