摘  要:大型水利枢纽工程实现信息化系统管理是当前乃至今后水利工程现代化管理的必然要求,为了极大地提升昭平台水库管理的信息化、现代化水平,建立与水库地位相适应、能有效地促进水库可持续发展的信息化体系势在必行。充分利用目前先进实用的计算机网络技术、大坝安全监测技术、水雨情自动测报技术、视频监视技术、自动化监控监测技术等功能,实现对水库的实时监控、监视和监测、管理,基本实现“无人值班、少人值守”的管理水平。The realization of informatization system management for large-scale water conservancy project is an inevitable requirement for the modern management of water conservancy projects at present and in the future.In order to greatly improve the informatization and modernization level of Zhaopingtai Reservoir management,it is imperative to establish an informatization system that adapts to the status of the reservoir and can effectively promote the sustainable development of the reservoir.The currently advanced and practical computer network technology,dam safety monitoring technology,automatic water and rain forecasting technology,video surveillance technology,automatic monitoring and controlling technology,and other functions should be fully used to realize real-time monitoring,surveillance,detection and management of the reservoir,and basically realize the management level of“unmanned attendance and few people on duty”.
