摘　　要：科学技术转移和科技人才培训是中国援助非洲的重要组成部分。通过阐述“一带一路”背景下非洲农业机械应用技术人才培养的背景及意义,提出当前非洲农业机械技术应用方面还存在农业生产方式落后,农业机械工业基础薄弱,推广人员严重缺乏农业机械相关的专业技能和知识等诸多问题。在了解当地农机推广人员专业技能和知识水平基础上,制定农业机械设计、制造、农业机械化规划、应用管理方面的培训计划,开展订单式人才培训项目。为保障中非农业机械应用技术培训的实施,需构建质量保障体系,完善教学质量标准,完善教学质量管理制度,强化教学条件建设,发挥师资队伍优势。Science and technology knowledge transfer and personnel training are important components of China’s assistance to Africa.This paper expounded the background and significance of the cultivation of agricultural machinery application technology talents in Africa under the background of “the Belt and Road Initiative”,and pointed out that there were still many problems in the application of agricultural machinery technology in Africa,such as backward agricultural production mode,weak foundation of agricultural machinery industry,and severe lack of professional skills and knowledge related to agricultural machinery extension personnel.In this regard,this paper investigated the background of the African agricultural machinery application technology background and significance of talent training.This was undertaken on the basis of understanding the professional skills and knowledge level of local agricultural machinery extension personnel,formulation of training plans for agricultural machinery design,manufacturing,agricultural mechanization planning and application management,and carrying out order-type talent training projects.In order to guarantee the implementation of China-Africa agricultural machinery application technology training,it is necessary to build a quality guarantee system,perfect the teaching quality standard,perfect the teaching quality management system,strengthen the construction of teaching conditions,and highlight the importance of teachers.
