摘  要:为研究一种新研发含砂有机硅雾封层的耐磨耗性能,选择有机硅树脂A,渗透剂和硅烷偶联剂及其他助剂制备有机硅雾封层。在有机硅雾封层中掺加抗滑颗粒制备含砂有机硅雾封层,采用湿轮磨耗和三轮加速磨耗试验对含砂有机硅雾封层的耐磨耗性能进行研究,并与含砂SBR改性乳化沥青雾封层进行对比分析。研究结果表明:无论紫外老化与否,含砂有机硅雾封层的抗1 h和6 d湿轮磨耗性能均优于含砂SBR改性乳化沥青雾封层。未紫外老化和紫外老化下,含砂SBR改性乳化沥青雾封层的WTAT较含砂有机硅雾封层分别增大2.48倍(1 h)、5.67倍(6 d)、3.57倍(1 h)和6.68倍(6 d)。无论对于哪种处理试件类型及老化与否,含砂有机硅雾封层的耐磨耗性能均优于含砂SBR改性乳化沥青雾封层。磨耗次数为100000次时,未老化和老化条件下有机硅雾封层处理后被含砂有机硅和含砂SBR雾封层处理试件的质量损失较未被有机硅雾封层优先处理试件分别增大1.26倍、2.25倍、1.20倍和2.30倍。未老化和老化不同磨耗次数下不同雾封层处理试件的抗滑性能总体变化规律可分为先增大再突然减小、缓慢衰减3个阶段,1000次磨耗后BPN,构造深度及摩擦力均出现缓慢下降的趋势,但降低幅度较小,100000次磨耗后,BPN和构造深度均能满足规范要求。证明有机硅雾封层材料是一种良好的含砂雾封层胶结料。In order to study the wear performance of a newly developed organosilicon fog seal with sand,the organosilicon resin A,penetrating agent,silane coupling agent and other additives were employed to prepare the organosilicon fog seal,and the anti-sliding particles were added to the organosilicon fog seal to prepare the organosilicon fog seal with sand.Wet-wheel wear and three-wheel accelerated wear performance tests were used to investigate the wear performance of organosilicon fog seal with sand,and the organosilicon fog seal with sand was compared with the Styrene Butadiene Rubber modified emulsified asphalt fog seal with sand(SBR-Fog Seal with sand).The results show that regardless of UV aging or not,the performance of organosilicon fog seal with sand is superior to SBR-Fog Seal with sand for 1 h and 6 d wet-wheel wear resistance.Without UV aging,WTAT of SBR-Fog Seal with sand increases by 2.48 times(1 h)and 5.67 times(6 d)respectively compared with the organosilicon fog seal with sand.Under UV aging,it increases by 3.57 times(1 h)and 6.68 times(6 d),respectively.No matter what type of specimens and whether it is aged or not,the wear resistance of organosilicon fog seal with sand is better than that of SBR-Fog Seal with sand.When the number of wearing cycles is 100000 times,the mass loss of specimens treated with organosilicon fog seal with sand and SBR-Fog Seal with sand after organosilicon fog seal treatment are 1.26 times,2.25 times,1.20 times and 2.30 times larger than those not treated with organosilicon fog seal priority under without aging and aging,respectively.The general variation rule of the slide resistance of specimens treated with different fog seals under different wearing times without aging and aging can be divided into three stages of initial increase,sudden decrease,and slow decrease.After 1000 wearing cycles,BPN,structural depth and friction all show a trend of slow decline,but the decrease is small.After 100000 wearing cycles,BPN and structural depth can meet the requirements of specification
