摘  要:针对大跨度独塔自锚式悬索桥桥面结构形式缺乏对比性研究的问题,以杭州九乔路主跨2×150 m独塔自锚式悬索桥为研究对象,采用空间有限元法建模计算。在造价基本相同前提下,对比桥面结构分别采用钢-混凝土组合梁、钢-UHPC组合梁和正交异性钢桥面板3种方案下桥梁的受力性能,对桥面铺装分别采用沥青混凝土和ECO改性聚氨酯混凝土2种形式进行探讨,分析不同桥面结构和铺装层情况下桥梁的受力特点。研究结果表明:3种桥面结构和2种铺装层均适用于大跨度独塔自锚式悬索桥;桥面结构形式对桥梁受力状态影响较大,与采用钢-混凝土组合梁相比,采用钢-UHPC组合梁和正交异性钢桥面板时,桥梁竖向挠度分别降低约9.0%和21.0%,缆索安全系数分别提高15.0%和41.2%,索塔应力分别减少11.7%和35.0%,加劲梁应力分别减少2.4%和30.1%;桥面铺装对桥梁受力状态影响有限,与采用沥青混凝土桥面铺装相比,采用ECO改性聚氨酯混凝土桥面铺装时,缆索、吊索安全系数分别提高2.74%和4.20%,索塔、加劲梁应力分别减少1.19%和0.74%。研究成果可为大跨度独塔自锚式悬索桥的设计和建造提供参考。In view of the lack of comparative studies on the deck structure of the long-span single-tower selfanchored suspension bridges, the Hangzhou Jiuqiao Road Bridge(HJRB) with a main span of 2×150 m was selected as the research object. The spatial finite element method was used for numerical modeling and calculations. The steel-concrete composite beam structure, the steel-UHPC composite beam structure and the orthotropic steel deck structure were studied under the premise of approximately identical costs, respectively. The three types of deck structures were compared and analyzed for the mechanical characteristics of HJRB. The bridge deck pavements of asphalt concrete and ECO modified polyurethane concrete were also discussed. The results show that the three types of deck structures and the two pavements are all suitable for long-span singletower self-anchored suspension bridges. The deck structure has a great impact on the stress states of the bridge.Compared to the steel-concrete composite structure, the bridge deflection of the steel-UHPC composite structure and the orthotropic steel deck structure is reduced by 9.0% and 21.0%, respectively;the cable safety factor is increased by 15.0% and 41.2%, the stress of the tower is reduced by 11.7% and 35.0%, and the stress of the deck structure is also reduced by 2.4% and 30.1%, respectively. The bridge deck pavement has limited influence on the stress state of the bridge. Compared with the asphalt concrete deck pavement, the safety factor of cables and slings using ECO modified polyurethane concrete deck pavement is increased by 2.74% and 4.20%,respectively,and the stress of the pylons and stiffening beams is reduced by 1.19% and 0.74%, respectively. The presented results can provide references for the design and construction of long span single-tower self-anchored suspension bridges.
