摘 要:在大规模光伏接入的清洁低碳型配电网建设背景下,为实现分布式光伏、负荷、储能设备与电网之间的协调运行,提升配电网的碳减排能力,针对光伏出力与负荷需求不确定性问题,提出了一种考虑源荷不确定性与碳减排的复合储能系统优化配置模型。通过对配电网内光伏和负荷特性进行分析,建立光伏出力与负荷需求不确定性模型;以复合储能系统综合成本最小、碳排放量最小、光伏功率波动平抑效果最好、能源利用效率最大为目标,基于概率的机会约束IGDT构建配电网复合储能系统优化配置模型,并进行求解;通过进行算例仿真验证所提复合储能系统优化配置模型的有效性。In the context of the construction of a clean and low-carbon distribution network with large-scale photovoltaic access,in order to realize the coordinated operation of distributed photovoltaics,loads,energy storage equipment and the power grid,and to improve the carbon emission reduction capacity of the distribution network.Aiming at the uncertainty of photovoltaic output and load demand,an optimal configuration model for the composite energy storage system of the distribution network is proposed in this paper.Firstly,this paper analyzes the characteristics of photovoltaic and load in the distribution network,and establishes the uncertainty model of photovoltaic output and load demand.Then,with the goal of minimizing the comprehensive cost of the composite energy storage system,the maximum carbon emissions,the best smoothing effect of photovoltaic power fluctuations,and the maximum energy utilization efficiency,this paper builds and solves the optimal configuration model of the composite energy storage system of the distribution network based on the probability of opportunity constraint IGDT.Finally,the effectiveness of the optimal configuration model of the composite energy storage system proposed in this paper is verified by a simulation example.
