摘  要:金属异物混入无线充电系统中时,不仅会影响系统的传输效率,严重时甚至会导致火灾等安全事故的发生。文中提出了一种基于阻抗变化的主动式金属异物检测方案,通过在无线电能传输系统发射线圈表面添加一层检测线圈阵列并给检测线圈施加激励源,解决了被动式检测方案无法实现掉电情况下检测的难题;对检测线圈的结构进行设计,与传统的检测线圈方案进行了对比,解决了传统检测方案的检测盲区问题;对检测线圈回路的谐振频率选取原则进行了探讨,选取偏离谐振点的频率,提高了检测灵敏度。通过搭建有限元仿真模型,研究了检测线圈方案对不同类型金属异物的检测效果。实验结果表明,不同类型金属异物混入无线电能传输系统中时,所设计的检测方案能有效地检测出金属异物的存在。When the metal object is intruded into the wireless power transfer(WPT) system,it will not only affect the transmission efficiency of the system,but also lead to the occurrence of fire and other safety accidents.An active detection scheme for metallic object based on impedance variation is proposed in this paper.By adding a detection coil array and an excitation source on the surface of the transmitting coil of the radio energy transmission system,the detection problem is solved when the passive detection scheme cannot realize in the case of power loss.The structure of the detection coil is designed,compared with the traditional detection coil scheme,and the blind spot problem of the traditional detection scheme is solved.The selection principle of resonance frequency in the detection coil loop is discussed,and the deviation frequency is selected to improve the detection sensitivity.The detection effect of detection coin scheme on different types of metal objects was studied by setting up the finite element simulation model.The experimental results show that the designed detection scheme can effectively detect the location of metal foreign bodies when they are mixed with the radio energy transmission system.
