摘 要:电能计量是指采用电能计量装置度量电能量值,确保电能量单位的统一、量测准确、记录可靠,是电力生产、销售及电网安全运行的重要环节。在电力系统中,电能计量装置是衡量电力资源供应与使用的一道公平秤,不仅涉及各个区域供电公司的成本效益,更与千家万户的用电情况紧密相关。电能计量异常将会对客户感知、营商环境、企业形象及企业的经济效益等产生严重影响。为此,电力系统制定了一系列异常计量装置巡检体系,以缩短电能计量装置从出现异常到恢复正常的时间间隔。实践发现,要缩短电能计量异常处置时间的关键在于及时、准确地发现异常所在。介绍了引入多维特征向量相似度比较算法对电能计量异常进行筛查的方法和实践效果。Electric Power Measurement means measuring the magnitude of electric power by means of the device of electric power measurement,which can ensure the uniformity of electric power units,the accuracy of measurement and the reliability of recording.Therefore,it plays an important role in power generation,marketing and safe operation of the power grid.In the electrical power system,the device of electric power measurement is just like the master scale,which measures the supply and use of power resources.It is related to not only the cost efficiency of power supply companies in different districts but also the power consumption of families.Abnormalities in electric power measurement will have a severe influence on customers perception,the business environment,the image of the enterprise and its economic benefits.A series of inspection systems for abnormal measurement devices are formulated in electrical power system,to shorten the intervals from being abnormal to returning to normal.Practice shows the key of shortening the time of handling an abnormality lies in discovering it in time and accurately.This paper discusses about the ways of applying the multi-dimensional eigenvector similarity comparison algorithm in the screening of abnormalities in electric power measurement and its effect.
