摘　　要：为加强对陪护人员的有效管理,减少交叉感染的风险,实现精准防控,开发了电子陪护证微信小程序。小程序基于互联网,与医院信息系统无接口,通过后台管理系统对患者及陪护人员等信息进行录入、修改、删除等操作,陪护人员对二维码进行扫描,保安或护士通过电子陪护证照片和日期对陪护人员进行核对,从而保证只有陪护人员才能出入医院,杜绝代替陪护等现象。通过试用后在医院内推广应用,配合管理制度的完善,实现疫情高效化、常态化防控。电子陪护证对提高陪护管理效率、方便人员进出、有效节约成本具有十分重要的意义。An electronic WeChat app passport for accompanying persons in our hospital was developed, in order to strengthen the management of these persons, reduce the risk of cross-infection, and achieve precise prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic. This Internet-based passport has no interface with the hospital information system. The back office management system is used to add, edit, and delete the information on patients and their accompanying persons. The accompanying persons are required to scan the QR code, and then the security or nurse checks the photo and date on the electronic passport to ensure that only the verifled accompanying person can enter or leave the hospital. The application of this electronic passport, along with other interventions, enables the efficient and regular prevention and control of the epidemic in our hospital. The electronic passport is valuable to improve the management of the accompanying persons, facilitate their entry and exit, and save costs.
