摘  要:采用显微组织观察、力学拉伸试验、熔炼工艺优化等,研究了La、Ce、Sm对AZ91D压铸镁合金组织夹杂、性能的影响及由此产生流动性的变化。结果表明,La/Ce混合稀土的加入提高合金流动性,加入量为0.3%时,流动性最好,提高4.7%;熔剂+Ar_(2)复合精炼后,熔体夹杂含量进一步降低,流动性提高10%。La/Ce/Sm人工混合稀土没有提高合金流动性,但对合金力学性能提升有较好效果;加入量为0.8%时,合金抗拉强度提升9.5%,屈服强度提升4.8%,伸长率提升50%。The effects of La, Ce and Sm on microstructure, inclusion, mechanical properties and fluidity of die casting AZ91D magnesium alloy were investigated by means of microstructure observation, tensile test and melting process optimization. The results show that the addition of La/Ce rare earth mixture can improve the fluidity of the alloy, and the addition of 0.3% La/Ce rare earth mixture can improve the fluidity of the alloy by 4.8%. After the compound refining of flux +Ar_(2), the melt inclusion content is further reduced and the fluidity is increased by 10%. The mixed-RE of La/Ce/Sm has no effect on improving the fluidity of the alloy, but has a good effect on improving the mechanical properties of the alloy. When adding 0.8%, the tensile strength, yield strength and elongation of the alloy increase by 9.5%, 4.8% and 50%,respectively.
