摘  要:随着行业发展,顾客对整车产品的精致感知越来越高,对喷涂行业提出了更高的要求。在喷涂过程中由于工艺及油漆的影响,会造成喷涂表面出现“痱子”问题,影响产品的喷涂质量,造成顾客抱怨。论文对喷涂过程中的“痱子”问题从油漆流平性、喷涂雾化效果方面进行了研究。以“痱子”问题发生机理为切入点,对“痱子”问题进行系统性分析。为产品喷涂程序开发设计及后续喷涂规范要求提供借鉴。With the development of the industry,the exquisite perception of the whole product of customers is getting higher and higher,which puts forward higher requirements for the spraying industry.In the process of spraying,due to the influence of technology and paint,"Prickly Heat"will appear on the spraying surface,which will affect the spraying quality of products and cause customers’complaints.In this paper,the problem of"prickly heat"in the spraying process was studied from the aspects of paint leveling and spraying atomization effect.Based on the mechanism of"prickly heat"problem,this paper makes a systematic analysis of"prickly heat"problem.It can be used for reference to the development and design of product spraying program and the requirements of subsequent spraying specifications.
