摘  要:为分析供热机组的真实供热能耗,建立了以相同发电量凝汽机组为参比状态的供热机组能耗分析方法——参比机组法,获得了该方法与热量法、(火用)方法供热能耗计算结果的定量差异,进而采用参比机组法,分析了热网循环水泵驱动方式对机组供热能耗的影响。研究发现:热负荷或电负荷固定时,热量法计算的供热煤耗率较参比机组法高,(火用)方法计算的供热煤耗率与参比机组法较为接近,差值在–1.61~4.21 kg/GJ。当综合评估供热煤耗、电耗的总量时,热网循环泵采用汽泵供热机组的总煤耗量比采用电泵供热机组低0.23~0.32 t/h,汽泵供热机组供热煤耗率低于电泵供热机组。To analyze the real heating energy consumption of cogeneration units, a reference unit method for energy consumption analysis is developed, which is based on the comparison with condensing power unit with the same power generation. The reference unit method is compared with heat and exergy methods, and the quantitative differences of heating energy consumption rates among these methods are obtained. Moreover, with the reference unit method, the influence of the driving mode of circulating water pump in heat supply network on the heating energy consumption of the unit is analyzed. The results show that, when the heat load or electric load is fixed, the heating coal consumption rate calculated by the heat method is larger than that calculated by the reference unit method, the heating coal consumption rate calculated by the exergy method is close to that calculated by the reference unit method, and the difference varies from –1.61 kg/GJ to 4.21 kg/GJ. When the coal and electricity consumption for heating is evaluated, the total coal consumption of the cogeneration unit with steam circulating water pump in heat supply network is 0.23~0.32 t/h lower than that of the cogeneration unit with electric-drive pump, and the coal consumption rate of the cogeneration unit with steam-drive circulating water pump in heat supply network is lower than that of electric pump heating unit.
