摘  要:基于肺之阳络、阴络、气络、血络的生理功能,结合毒邪致病的特点,认为新型冠状病毒肺炎(Corona Virus Disease 2019,COVID-19)(简称新冠肺炎)发病急骤,易瘀、易滞、易传;重症阶段,湿毒、热毒、痰毒、瘀毒相互依附胶着造成的主客交浑、耗气动血是“毒损肺络”病机的关键。应遵循解毒通络、给邪以出路的治疗原则,具体为解热毒以通肺络、化瘀毒以通肺络、祛痰毒以通肺络,并基于“毒损肺络”理论对清肺排毒汤进行组方分析,为络病学防治急性传染病提供新的思路和理论依据。On the foundation of physiological function of Yang collateral,Yin collateral,Qi collateral and blood collateral of the lung,combined with the pathogenic characteristics of toxin,COVID-19 has the features of attacking rapidly,easily stagnating,blocking and transmitting;at the critical stage,muddy between host and guest,Qi consumption and blood disorder caused by attachment and adhesion of damp toxin,heat toxin,phlegm toxin and stasis toxin mutually are the key of the pathogenesis of"toxin damaging pulmonary collateral".Therapeutic principles of"detoxifying and dredging collateral,finding outlet for the pathogenic factors"should be followed,specifically eliminating heat toxin to free pulmonary collateral,resolving stagnation toxin to dredge pulmonary collateral and removing phlegm toxin to clear pulmonary collateral,and lung-clearing toxin-removing decoction was analyzed based on"toxin damaging pulmonary collateral"theory,and it could provide new thinking and theoretical evidence for the prevention and treatment of acute infectious disease by the study of collateral.
