赵氏雷火灸联合中药浴足护理脑梗死术后脾胃虚弱型功能性消化不良的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨赵氏雷火灸联合中药浴足护理脑梗死术后脾胃虚弱证功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)的临床疗效和应用价值。方法:选取脑梗死术后脾胃虚弱证FD患者93例,依据入院时间编号采用随机数字表法分为对照组(46例)和观察组(47例)。对照组给予多潘立酮片并配合常规术后护理,观察组在对照组治疗基础上同时采用赵氏雷火灸联合中药浴足进行术后护理。观察两组血清胃泌素、血浆胃动素、胃电参数、消化系统症状积分、临床疗效。结果:两组护理后血清胃泌素、血浆胃动素和胃电参数均明显提高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者护理后消化系统症状积分均明显降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理后临床总体有效率为[95.74%(45/47)],对照组为67.39%(31/46),观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组复发率[6.38%(3/47)]明显低于对照组[36.95%(17/46)](P<0.05)。结论:针对脑梗死术后脾胃虚弱证FD患者采用赵氏雷火灸联合中药浴足进行护理,可有效改善临床症状,显著降低复发率。Objective:To explore clinical effects and application value of Zhao′s thunder-fire moxibustion and Chinese medicine foot bath in the care for FD of spleen-stomach weakness pattern after cerebral infarction.Methods:All 93 cases of FD of spleen-stomach weakness pattern after cerebral infarction were chosen,and divided into the control group(46 cases)and the observation group(47 cases)using random number table method in light of admission time number.The control group took domperidone tablets and accepted conventional postoperative care,and the observation group adopted postoperative care including Zhao′s thunder-fire moxibus-tion and Chinese medicine foot bath on the foundation of the therapy the control group accepted.To observe serum gastrin,plasma motilin,gastric electrical parameters,digestive system symptom scores and clinical effects between both groups.Results:After the care,serum gastrin,plasma motilin and gastric electrical parameters raised notably in both groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,digestive system symptom scores of both groups lowered apparently,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Clinical overall effective rate of the observation group was[95.74%(45/47)],higher than[67.39%(31/46)]of the control group markedly after the nursing(P<0.05).The relapse rate of the observation group three months after care was[6.38%(3/47)],notably lower than[36.95%(17/46)]of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical application of Zhao′s thunder-fire moxibustion and Chinese medicine foot bath for FD patients of spleen-stomach weakness pattern after cerebral infarction could effectively improve clinical symptoms of the patients and significantly lower the relapse rate with notable clinical effects.
