中医外治法在化疗性静脉炎中的作用及优势

摘　　要：从中医学对化疗性静脉炎的认识出发,对中医外治法防治化疗性静脉炎的原理、临床应用、优势进行分析。发现与西医疗法相比,中医外治法在防治化疗性静脉炎方面疗效确切,且由于是局部外治,具有药物直达病所,起效快、损伤小、患者易于接受等诸多优势。Based on the understanding of chemotherapy-induced phlebitis in TCM,the paper analyzes the principle,clinical application and the advantages of external treatment of TCM in the prevention and treatment of chemotherapy-induced phlebitis.Compared with the therapy of Western medicine,external treatment of TCM could obtain definite clinical effects,it has many advantages of drug directly going to the locations of the disease,rapid action,small damage and easy acceptance by patients as a local external treatment.
