摘　　要：根据高压大容量脉冲电容器耐久性试验试验时间长、试验电压高、放电电流大的特点,本文提出的具体试验装置,分别对充电回路设备、放电回路设备、控制回路设备和测量回路设备进行了设计或选型。通过试验验证,试验装置能满足不同型号高压大容量脉冲电容器耐久性试验的要求,为高压大容量脉冲电容器的研发提供支撑。In this paper,an improved piece of test equipment is designed for the durability test of high-voltage and large-capacity pulse capacitors,with characteristics such as long test time,high test voltage and large discharge current taken into consideration by designing or selecting proper charging,discharging,control and measurement circuits.It has been verified by experiments that the test equipment meets the requirements of the durability test of different types of high-voltage and large-capacity pulse capacitors,thus gives support to the research and development of high-voltage and large-capacity pulse capacitors.
