摘 要:本实验开发了一种以蓝风铃香精为芯材,以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和三乙醇胺为壁材单体的芳香微胶囊。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、激光粒度仪,分别表征了芳香微胶囊的微观形貌,研究了乳化剂种类、芯材和壁材比例对于微胶囊工艺的影响,得到了优选工艺,粒径分布分析(DLS)测试表明其D50粒径为2.694μm。傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)和紫外可见光光谱证明蓝风铃香精被包裹在微胶囊中,并且包埋率为86.15%。热重分析(TGA)显示所制备芳香微胶囊的初始分解温度为192.90℃。将所得蓝风铃微胶囊应用于洗衣液中,进行了洗涤测试,并通过感官评价,测试了洗衣液用芳香微胶囊的缓释效果。当复合蓝风铃微胶囊和黏合剂PU用量1∶1时,在洗涤晾干后放置72h感官分值为3.82,120h后感官分值为3.44,可实现香精长效缓释。A kind of aromatic microcapsule with blue wind bells essence as core material and isophorone diisocyanate and triethanolamine as wall material was developed. The micromorphology of aro-matic microcapsules was characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM) and laser particle size analyzer, and the effects of emulsifier type, core material and wall material ratio on the mi-crocapsule process were studied. The optimized process was obtained. The D50 particle size was 2.694 μ m by particle size distribution analysis(DLS). Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and UV-vis spectra showed that the blue wind chime essence was encapsulated in micro-capsules, and the embedding rate was 86.15%. Thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) showed that the initial decomposition temperature of the prepared aromatic microcapsules was 192.90℃. The ob-tained microcapsules were applied to laundry detergent and tested. The sustained release effect of aromatic microcapsules was tested by sensory evaluation. When the dosage of composite blue wind chime microcapsule and adhesive PU was 1:1, the sensory score was 3.82 after 72 hours of washing and drying, and 3.44 after 120 hours, which could realize the long-term sustained release of the essence.
