摘 要:针对山东许厂煤矿断层附近高应力回采巷道围岩变形破坏严重的问题,采用现场实测和数值模拟相结合的方法,分析了原回采巷道支护方案及失稳特征,研究断层构造、邻近采空区侧向支承压力与工作面回采超前支承压力多重叠加影响下回采巷道非对称稳定性规律;根据许厂煤矿3318工作面运输巷现场实际条件,提出了采用高强度、高刚度和非对称特性的新型锚网支护方案,该方案将3318工作面运输巷分为A和B 2种支护断面相间进行布置。通过现场试验得出:3318工作面运输巷采用高强度高刚度非对称新型锚网支护方案后,运输巷围岩变形量降低了70%以上,其中顶底板相对移近量由500 mm下降至120 mm左右,两帮相对移近量由800 mm下降至110 mm左右。In view of the serious deformation and failure of surrounding rock of high stress mining roadway near fault in the Shandong Xuchang Coal Mine,the support scheme and instability characteristics of the original mining roadway were analyzed by combining field measurement and numerical simulation.The asymmetric stability law of the mining roadway under the multiple superposition of fault structure,lateral abutment pressure of adjacent goaf and advanced abutment pressure of working face was studied.In this paper,according to the actual conditions of the 3318 working face belt transportation roadway in Xuchang Coal Mine,a new bolt-mesh support scheme with high strength,high stiffness and asymmetric characteristics is proposed.In this scheme,the 3318 working face belt transportation roadway is divided into two supporting sections A and B for layout.Through the field test,it is concluded that the deformation of surrounding rock of the 3318 working face belt conveyor roadway is reduced by more than 70%after adopting the high strength and high stiffness asymmetric new anchor net support scheme.The relative displacement of roof and floor is reduced from 500 mm to 120 mm,and the relative displacement of two sides is reduced from 800 mm to 110 mm.
