摘 要:对陕西省某羊场莎能奶山羊的球虫感染情况进行调查研究,应用球虫卵囊富集技术,结合形态学方法对采自该场2~12月龄的49份(≤2月龄22份;3~5月龄13份;6~12月龄14份)奶山羊新鲜粪便样品进行球虫卵囊分离,显微镜检测和OPG(Oocysts per gram)统计。结果显示,莎能奶山羊球虫总感染率为98.0%(48/49),OPG统计发现,3~5月龄羔羊球虫平均OPG最高,为2442个/g。最高OPG存在于2月龄羔羊样品中,为15083个/g,且该羊只出现严重腹泻症状。对富集分离到的球虫卵囊进行孢子化和种类鉴定,共鉴定出7种山羊艾美耳球虫。进一步对随机提取的277个孢子化球虫卵囊进行优势虫种统计分析,其中雅氏艾美耳球虫(Eimeiria ninakohlyakimovae)、阿氏艾美耳球虫(E.arloingi)和柯氏艾美耳球虫(E.christenseni)占比最高,依次为17.3%(48/277)、15.9%(44/277)和15.2%(42/277),是该羊场莎能奶山羊球虫的优势虫种。综上所述,初步明确该羊场莎能奶山羊不仅普遍存在球虫感染,而且存在多种球虫混合感染和致病力较强的优势虫种。To investigate the prevalence of coccidia in Saanen dairy goats from a goat farm in Shaanxi,this study combined coccidian oocyst concentration technique with morphological methods to conduct oocyst isolation,microscope examination and OPG count of coccidia from 49 fresh faecal samples of Saanen dairy goats at the age of 2 to 12 months(22 samples≤2 months;13 samples from 3 to 5 months;14 samples from 6 to 12 months).The results showed that the total infection rate of coccidia in Saanen dairy goat was 98.0%(48/49),and the average OPG value of coccidia in lambs aged 3 to 5 months was the highest,up to 2442 oocysts/g.However,the highest OPG value(15083 oocysts/g)was found in the faecal sample of a 2-month-old lamb with severe diarrhea.A total of seven Eimeria species were identified by sporulation and morphological examination of oocysts.Further analysis of 277 randomly selected sporulated oocysts,three dominant species including E.ninakohlyakimovae(17.3%,48/277),E.arloingi(15.9%,44/277)and E.christenseni(15.2%,42/277)had highest percentage.In summary,this study indicated that high prevalent of coccidia,mixed infection of coccidia and highly pathogenic dominant Eimeria species were in Saanen dairy goats from the investigated farm.
