摘　　要：微生物发酵饲料是由微生物代谢作用产生的一种饲料,具有营养丰富,价格低廉,能够降低原料中抗营养因子含量,改善适口性,产生有益代谢物,提高畜禽免疫力、生产性能和肉品质等特点及功效。本文阐述了微生物发酵饲料的概念、作用机理和常用菌种以及在反刍动物生产中的应用;旨在为微生物发酵饲料的开发、应用和推广提供理论参考。Microbial fermentation feed is a type of feed produced by the metabolism of microorganisms.It is rich in nutrition and low in price.It can reduce the anti-nutritional factors in the raw materials,improve palatability,produce beneficial metabolites,and improve the immunity and production performance of livestock and poultry.This article summarized the concept,mechanism of action,commonly used strains of microbial fermented feed and its application in ruminant production,aimed to provide a theoretical reference for the development,application and promotion of microbial fermented feed.
