摘 要:本研究将玉米与大刍草杂交并多代自交选育得到的3个品系,与玉米、高粱、苏丹草在农艺性状、营养品质及饲用价值三个方面进行分析对比。结果表明:在农艺性状及生物产量方面,除叶片数外,3个品系均显著高于与其具有相似株型的苏丹草。在营养品质方面,3个品系在含磷量(P)、粗蛋白质(CP)、粗纤维(CF)、粗脂肪(EE)四个方面优于大部分的玉米、高粱及苏丹草,但过高的灰分(ASH)含量可能是其过多分蘖附着泥土及刈割时夹带过多土壤导致的。在饲用价值方面,品系1、2的相对饲喂价值(RFV)大于100,说明其具有较好的饲用价值,品系3相对饲喂价值略低,为96.6,在可消化养分总量(TDN)、消化能(DE)两个方面要优于部分玉米、高粱及苏丹草,在维持净能(NE_(m))、增重净能(NE_(g))、泌乳净能(NE_(L))三个方面也优于大部分玉米、高粱及苏丹草。Through the analysis and comparison of agronomic characters,nutritional quality and forage value between the three lines bred by cross breeding of maize and teosintes and maize,sorghum and sorghum sudanense(Piper).The results showed that:In terms of agronomic characters and biological yield,except the number of leaves,the three lines were significantly higher than sorghum sudanense(Piper)with similar plant types.In terms of nutritional quality,the three strains were better than most maize,sorghum and sorghum sudanense(Piper)controls in phosphorus content(P),crude protein(CP),crude fiber(CF)and ether extract(EE),but their high ash content(ASH)may be caused by too much soil attached to tillers and too much soil entrained during cutting.In terms of feeding value,the relative feeding value(RFV)of strain 1,2 was greater than 100,indicating that it has good feeding value.The relative feeding value of strain 3 was slightly lower,which was 96.6.It was better than some corn,sorghum and sorghum sudanense(Piper)in terms of total digestible nutrients(TDN)and digestible energy(DE).It maintains net energy(NE_(m)),net energy for weight gain(NE_(g)),and net energy for lactation(NE_(l))was also better than most of the corn,sorghum and sorghum sudanense(Piper)controls.
