摘  要:针对复合顶板巷道易发生冒顶事故,巷道顶板支护困难等问题,分析了复合顶板变形失稳机理,提出采用长短锚索协同支护技术;利用数值模拟分析了原始巷道支护方式和高强预应力长短锚索协同支护方式对巷道围岩的控制效果。数值分析结果表明:采用改进的长短锚索协同支护方案能够有效控制巷道变形破坏,巷道塑性区体积减少了29.1%。现场的实际监测数据表明,采用长短锚索协同支护形式后巷道顶底板移进量、两帮移进量、顶板下沉量分别降低下降了63.6%、60.4%、60.2%,该支护方式对复合顶板巷道围岩具有较好的控制作用。In view of the problems of roof collapse and difficult roof support in composite roof roadway,the deformation and instability mechanism of composite roof is analyzed,and the cooperative support technology of long and short anchor cables is proposed.The control effect of the original roadway support mode and the high-strength pre-stressed long and short anchor cable cooperative support mode on the roadway surrounding rock is analyzed by numerical simulation.The results show that the improved long and short anchor cable cooperative support scheme can effectively control the roadway deformation and failure,and the volume of roadway plastic zone is reduced by 29.1%;the field monitoring data show that the roof and floor displacement,two side displacement and roof subsidence of the roadway are reduced by 63.6%,60.4%and 60.2%after the cooperative support of long and short anchor cables,indicating that the support method has a good control effect on the surrounding rock of the roadway with composite roof.
