摘  要:大学生体质健康成为当今高校教育非常重视的问题,为探究大学生高强度间歇训练(HIIT)对体质健康的影响,该文采用体育教学分组实验研究的方法,选取非体育专业男生作为研究对象,进行高强度间歇训练实验,分析HIIT对大学男生身体成分、心肺功能、身体机能、运动能力等指标的影响。结果显示,相较于中等强度持续性训练(MICT),HIIT在改善普通男大学生身体成分、心肺功能、运动能力等体质健康指标方面,作用更加突出,肺活量与最大摄氧量水平显著提升,运动状态下的最大心率、安静状态下的心率水平均得到明显改善,有氧能力的提高最为明显。这说明HIIT在改善大学男生体质健康水平方面具有明显的效果,具有在体育教学中普及的价值。The physical health of college students has become a very important issue in today's college education.In order to explore the impact of high-intensity interval training(HIIT)on physical health of college students,this paper adopts the method of physical education teaching group experimental research,selects non physical education majors as the research object,carries out high-intensity intermittent training experiments,and analyzes the effects of HIIT on college boys'body composition,cardiopulmonary function,physical function sports ability and other indicators.The results show that compared with moderate intensity continuous training(MICT),HIIT plays a more prominent role in improving the physical health indicators of ordinary male college students,such as body composition,cardiopulmonary function and exercise ability.The vital capacity and maximum oxygen uptake level are significantly improved,and the maximum heart rate under exercise and heart rate under quiet state are significantly improved,The improvement of aerobic capacity is the most obvious.This shows that HIIT has obvious effect in improving the physical health level of college boys,and has the value of popularization in physical education.
