新时代高职体育文化助力涉农专业人才培养的路径探究

摘　　要：新时代高职涉农专业人才面临社会“鄙农”偏见及就业压力的困境,在乡村振兴上升到国家战略的背景下,人才振兴是推动乡村振兴的关键,鉴于体育在人才社会化养成过程中的积极作用,加强新时代高职体育文化与涉农专业人才培养的协同发展具有重要意义。研究发现,涉农专业人才通过身体锻炼能重塑自身价值、坚定民族文化自信,提出通过夯实人才培养发展基石、完善涉农高职体育发展运行与监督机制,构建高职涉农人才培养促进平台、多元高职体育精神文化与一体化设计的高职体育发展融合,利用新媒体打造涉农高职生体育信息服务平台等多路径并举全面增强涉农高职生坚定的职业生涯信念,促进社会价值认同与民族文化认同,以适应新时代社会发展需求。In the new era,higher vocational agriculture related professionals are facing Social prejudice of"despising farmers"and the dilemma of employment pressure.Under the background of Rural Revitalization rising to the national strategy,talent revitalization is the key to promoting rural revitalization.In view of the positive role of sports in the cultivation of talent socialization,it is of great significance to strengthen the coordinated development of higher vocational sports culture and agriculture related professionals in the new era.Through the research,it is found that agricultural professionals can reshape their own value and strengthen their national cultural self-confidence through physical exercise.It is proposed to consolidate the cornerstone of talent training and development,improve the operation mechanism and supervision mechanism of agricultural related higher vocational sports development,build a platform for higher vocational agricultural related talent training,and integrate the diversified higher vocational sports spiritual culture with the integrated design of higher vocational sports development make use of new media to build a multi-path sports information service platform for agricultural higher vocational students,comprehensively enhance their firm career beliefs,and promote social value identity and national cultural identity,so as to meet the needs of social development in the new era.
