摘　　要：近些年,国内青少年体育培训机构的发展取得了长足进步,但在机构建设、经营拓展中的不规范的现象和问题,已经成为未来发展的隐患。要解决这些问题,在健全培训机构自身建设的同时,需要对机构进行有效的监管评价。该研究从青少年体育培训的监管主体、外部监管方式与评价体系着手,尝试建立适合监管使用的培训机构评价指标体系,对规范监管的有关策略展开探讨,以促进青少年体育培训机构的规范稳定发展。In recent years,great progress has been made in the development of youth sports training institutions in China.However,the non-standard phenomena and problems in institutional construction and business expansion have become hidden dangers for future development.To solve these problems,it is necessary to improve the self construction of training institutions and carry out effective supervision and evaluation of institutions.The research starts with the supervision subject,external supervision mode and evaluation system of youth sports training,and tries to establish an evaluation index system of training institutions suitable for supervision,and discusses the relevant strategies of standardized supervision,so as to promote the standardized and stable development of youth sports training institutions.
