摘  要:对于潜存心血管问题的大学生的运动干预策略的研究是极具时代与社会意义的现实命题与议题。当代大学生心血管风险的核心因素是饮食和不良的生活起居习惯以及运动不足,医疗和药物手段只能暂时延缓大学生心血管问题和缺陷,无法根治。运动调节是从根本上抑制心血管恶化和危害发生的有效途径,但是运动调节是双刃剑,唯有科学有效的运动,才能够对大学生心血管健康起正面促进作用。对当代大学生心血管风险运动干预的策略主要包括对大学生体质健康状况和心血管水平进行全面系统的扫描,制定和执行科学有序的运动处方以及通过监测和调节反馈等方式,促进大学生心血管健康水平整体有效提升等。The study of exercise intervention strategies for college students with latent cardiovascular problems is a realistic proposition and topic of great significance to the times and society.The core factors of cardiovascular risk in contemporary college students are diet and poor living habits and lack of exercise.Medical and drug means can only temporarily delay the cardiovascular problems and defects in college students,and can not be cured.Exercise regulation is an effective way to fundamentally inhibit the occurrence of cardiovascular deterioration and harm.However,exercise regulation is a double-edged sword.Only scientific and effective exercise can play a positive role in promoting college students'cardiovascular health.The strategies of exercise intervention on cardiovascular risk of contemporary college students mainly include comprehensive and systematic scanning of college students'physical health status and cardiovascular level,formulating and implementing scientific and orderly exercise prescriptions,and promoting the overall effective improvement of college students'cardiovascular health level through monitoring and regulation feedback.
