东北地区高校冰雪体育社团建设策略研究

摘　　要：该文运用实地调查法,对东北地区高校体育社团现状开展调查,提出高校冰雪体育社团的建设策略。调查结果:东北地区的高校冰雪体育社团数量较少、活动形式单一、组织缺乏系统性管理。策略建议:突出冰雪特色,吸纳社员;革新管理思想,建立符合冰雪运动特点的社团管理模式;协调各方力量,保障冰雪场地器材供应;迎合冬奥背景,争取社会力量支持;提升指导教师专业水平,注重冰雪运动安全教育;根据季节变化,合理安排社团活动,做到常练、常赛;社团与高校双向推动,促进冰雪体育文化形成。Using the method of field investigation,this paper investigates the current situation of college sports associations in Northeast China and it puts forward the construction strategies of college ice and snow sports associations.Survey results:The number of ice and snow sports associations in colleges and universities in Northeast China is small,the form of activities is single,and the organization lacks systematic management.Strategic suggestions:Highlight the characteristics of ice and snow and attract members;Innovate the management thought and establish the community management mode in line with the characteristics of ice and snow sports;Coordinate the forces of all parties to ensure the supply of equipment for ice and snow venues;Cater to the background of the Winter Olympics and strive for the support of social forces;Improve the professional level of instructors and pay attention to the safety education of ice and snow sports;According to seasonal changes,reasonably arrange community activities to achieve regular practice and competition;Two way promotion between associations and colleges and universities to promote the formation of ice and snow sports culture.
