摘　　要：在全民健身的背景下,大众艺术体操作为一项以健身和娱乐为主、以“美”贯穿始终的大众体育项目,把其引入高校在提高校学生体质与审美的同时,不仅可以丰富高校体育教学内容,而且有利于该项目的蓬勃发展。该文分别从国家层面、学校层面、个人层面、项目自身层面等方面分析了其可行性,并在此基础上提出了相应的实现路径,如采用多元推广方式加强宣传、强化政策引导,加大经费投入、注重人才培养,完善师资队伍、营造学习氛围,引导学生主动参与等。In the context of national fitness,Mass rhythmic gymnastics is a popular sport with fitness and recreation as its main focus and"beauty"throughout.While improving the physique and aesthetics of college students,it can not only enrich the content of college physical education,but also be conducive to the vigorous development of the project.This paper analyzes its feasibility from the aspects of national level,school level,individual level and project itself,and puts forward the corresponding realization paths,such as strengthening publicity by adopting diversified promotion methods,strengthening policy guidance,increasing financial investment,paying attention to talent training,improving teachers,creating a learning atmosphere and guiding students to participate actively.
