摘　　要：该文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法及访谈法,研究日本推动冰雪体育旅游业发展的经验,为我国冰雪体育旅游业发展提供镜鉴。日本冰雪体育旅游业的发展大致经历初步发展、快速扩张、产业衰退和转型发展4个阶段。其发展经验对我国的启示:完善和创新冰雪体育旅游业治理结构;推动区域冰雪体育旅游差异化协同发展;坚持产业开发和环境保护相结合。This paper studies the experience of Japan in promoting the development of snow and ice sports tourism by means of literature,logical analysis and interview,so as to provide a reference for the development of ice and snow sports tourism in China.The development of ice and snow sports tourism in Japan has roughly experienced four stages:preliminary development,rapid expansion,industrial recession and transformation.The enlightenment of its development experience to China:Improve and innovate the governance structure of ice and snow sports tourism;Promote the differentiated and coordinated development of regional ice and snow sports tourism;Adhere to the combination of industrial development and environmental protection.
