摘　　要：学龄前阶段是儿童生长发育的重要阶段,是个体发展的奠基时期,幼儿身体各项素质的发展、智力水平的提高、各种潜能的发现与挖掘、顽强意志品质的培养、良好习惯的养成等,在此阶段都尤为重要和关键。武术是我国优秀的民族传统体育项目,是一种身体文化,其内涵丰富博大精深,还蕴含着深厚的中国传统文化,不仅能解决幼儿肌肉软、力量差;韧带硬、柔韧性差;动作笨、灵敏协调性低以及平衡能力差等问题,还可以锻炼幼儿的意志品质、自信心、表达、交流、沟通等能力。在幼儿阶段进行武术传统文化的教育和引导,还可以树立民族自信,传承民族传统,在幼小的心灵中根植下民族自豪感。Preschool stage is an important stage of children's growth and development.It is the foundation period of individual development.The development of children's physical quality,the improvement of intellectual level,the discovery and excavation of various potentials,the cultivation of tenacious will quality and the cultivation of good habits are particularly important and key at this stage.Wushu is an excellent national traditional sports in China.It is a kind of body culture.Its connotation is rich,broad and profound.It also contains a deep Chinese traditional culture.It can not only solve the problem of soft muscles and poor strength of children;Ligaments are hard and poor flexibility;It can also exercise children's will quality,self-confidence,expression,communication and other abilities.In the early childhood stage,the education and guidance of Wushu traditional culture can also establish national self-confidence,inherit national traditions,and plant national pride in the young mind.
