摘  要:市场上现有上呼吸道模型颞下颌关节过于简化,与人体颞下颌关节差异性较大,不能够满足机器人插管实验要求。基于人体解剖学研究成果,详尽分析了韧带、肌肉及颞下颌关节结构,依据CT影像得到颞下颌关节运动特征,以及肌肉群牵引功能,将颞下颌关节抽象成点接触高副,运用机械复合传动副模拟人体下颌关节的运动规律,研究出一款高仿真度的实验模型.在机械复合传动副模设计过程中,运用机械运动学分析方法,建立了颞下颌关节的运动学模型,运动仿真结果显示,研发的颞下仿生颌关节能够较好的复现人体下颌关节的运动规律.The temporomandibular joint of the existing upper respiratory tract model on the market is too simplified and highly variable from the human joint,and cannot meet the requirements of robotic intubation experiments.Based on the human anatomical research results,this paper exhaustively analyzes the ligament,muscle and temporomandibular joint structure,and obtains the movement characteristics and the muscle group traction function of the temporomandibular joint based on CT images,then,the temporomandibular joint is abstracted into point contact high pairs,the mechanical compound driveline is used to simulate the movement law of the human mandibular joint,and a high simulation degree experimental model is set up.A kinematic model of the temporomandibular joint is created by using mechanical kinematic analysis during the design of the mechanical compound drive pair model.The motion simulation results show that the developed temporomandibular biomimetic jaw joint is able to better reproduce the motion law of human mandibular joint.
