摘 要:为研究多孔壁风对煤粉燃烧特性和高温腐蚀的影响,通过布置采样点,获取温度、烟气组分等与煤粉燃烧相关的数据,做好实验准备工作;设置不同实验条件,分析多孔壁风对煤粉燃烧特性及高温腐蚀的影响.实验结果表明,正三角形配风方式最有利于煤粉的充分燃烧;多孔壁风量在8.3%左右时,水冷壁的高温腐蚀改善效果最好;正三角形配风方式最有利于防止高温腐蚀现象的发生.In order to study the influence of porous wall air on the combustion characteristics and high-temperature corrosion of pulverized coal,sampling points are arranged to obtain data related to pulverized coal combustion such as temperature and flue gas composition for experimental preparation.Different experimental conditions are set up to analyze the influence of porous wall air on pulverized coal combustion characteristics and high temperature corrosion.The experimental results show that the regular triangle air distribution mode is most conducive to the full combustion of pulverized coal.When the air volume of porous wall is at about 8.3%,the improvement effect of high-temperature corrosion of water-cooled wall is the best.Regular triangle air distribution mode is most conducive to preventing high-temperature corrosion.
