多层次教学科研平台仪器管理的探索

摘　　要：通过对多层次教学科研平台存在的主要问题剖析,提出多层次教学科研平台仪器管理,采用了平台集中管理和课题组自行管理相结合、科教辅人员和研究生仪器负责人相结合、研究生作为本科生团队导师助理和本科生团队自行管理相结合、线上预约和线下登记管理相结合等多维度管理模式,针对性地解决了一些相应问题。Based on the analysis of the main problems existing in the multi-level teaching and research platform,this paper proposes that the multi-level teaching and research platform adopts the combination of platform centralized management and self-management of the research group,the combination of science and education assistants and graduate students instrument director,the combination of graduate students as undergraduate team tutor assistant and undergraduate team self-management,the combination of online appointment and offline registration.The multi-dimensional management mode has resolved some corresponding problems.
