摘  要:为掌握注干药剂对松树的保护效果,控制松材线虫病在巢湖市蔓延的态势,巢湖市森林病虫防治检疫站结合松材线虫病防治要求,于2019至2021年连续3年对重点林区约47000株松树实施注干剂防治试验。结果表明,应用主要成分为2.3%的甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐微乳剂或5%的阿维菌素乳油对松树进行注干,有效降低了松树感染松材线虫病死亡率,死亡率均能控制在3‰以下。由此可见,应用注干剂防治松材线虫病具有很好的效果,建议推广应用,以保护巢湖市松林资源,提升生态环境质量。In order to learn the protection effects of the tree trunk injection formulation for pine trees and stop pinewood nematodiasis from spreading in Chaohu City,tests on controlling pinewood nematodiasis with the tree trunk injection formulation were carried out by Forest Disease and Pest Control and Quarantine Station of Chaohu City on 47000 pines in the key forest areas for 3 consecutive years from 2019 to 2021 according to the control requirements.The results showed that the tree trunk injection with the main components of 2.3%emamectin benzoate microemulsion or 5%abamectin missible oil could effectively lower the death rate of the pines infected with the disease to less than 3‰.The tests indicated that controlling pinewood nematodiasis with the tree trunk injection formulation could have good effects and should be applied on a large scale to protect pinewood resources and improve ecoenvironment quality of the city.
