摘 要:对电网输变电系统金属结构件施加合适防腐蚀的措施可以显著降低自然大气环境中腐蚀对电网系统服役安全的影响。研究以热浸镀锌层、渗锌层2种金属覆盖层为研究对象。针对牺牲阳极性金属覆盖层采用复合循环加速腐蚀试验技术,通过室内外腐蚀试验相关性建立一种快速检测与评价方法。盐雾干湿交替/SO_(2)气体循环腐蚀试验是一种较好的快速检测与评价牺牲阳极性金属覆盖层耐腐蚀性能优劣、预测其服役寿命的室内加速腐蚀试验方法,根据腐蚀失重实测值推算,加速倍率约为70倍。通过试验可以知道,渗锌层的腐蚀深度明显低于热浸镀锌层,渗锌层的耐腐蚀性能优于热浸镀锌层。Applying appropriate anti-corrosion measures to the metal structural parts of the power transmission and transformation system of the power grid can significantly reduce the influence of corrosion in the natural atmospheric environment on the service safety of the power grid system.This paper takes the two metal coatings of hot-dip galvanized layer and zinc infiltrated layer as the research object,and applies the composite cycle accelerated corrosion test technology to sacrificial anode metal coating layer.And then,the paper employs the correlation between indoor and outdoor corrosion tests to establish a rapid detection and evaluation method.Salt spray dry-wet alternate/SO_(2) gas cyclic corrosion test is a good indoor accelerated corrosion test method to quickly detect and evaluate the corrosion resistance of sacrificial anode metal coating and predict its service life;according to the actual measured value of corrosion weight-loss,the acceleration rate is about 70 times.It can be known from the experiment that the corrosion depth of the zinc-infiltrated layer is significantly lower than that of the hot-dip galvanized layer,and that the corrosion resistance of the zinc-infiltrated layer is better than that of the hot-dip galvanized layer.
